Job Description

·          

·         Segment large multi-page articles for LLM efficiency and context delivery.

·         Create, manage and optimize high-quality, Gen AI-optimized content for large knowledge base.

·         Be at the forefront of Gen AI applications in content; identify new opportunities for leveraging AI in content strategy.

·         Stay updated with the latest in Gen AI technology and trends.

Required skills:

·         Foundational knowledge of Gen AI uses and applications to drive better, faster ways to work. You don’t have to be an expert in the tech but need to understand what it can do for clients.

·         Gen AI curiosity and enthusiasm and wish to learn more in this space.

·         Expert English reading comprehension and editing skills. You need to be able to suggest where to break large articles and make any edits needed; we call it ‘chunking’ the articles.

·         Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects at once.

·         Good familiarity with Word, Excel and large spreadsheets; strong Office 365 skills.

·         Natural desire to bring order and classification to content chaos. Familiarity with information architecture is a bonus.  

·         Like finding patterns and problem-solving.

·         2-3+ years Digital Marketing or Content Marketing experience at a large enterprise or agency.

·         Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
