Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Queries & Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve a variety of customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and understanding in all communications. Whether it's updating an address or resolving a billing issue, your ability to simplify complex information is crucial.
- Customer Service & Communication: Employ effective listening and empathy to understand customer concerns. Your strong communication skills will help articulate solutions, fostering trust and ensuring a positive customer experience. Manage complaints promptly and implement solutions to enhance customer loyalty.
- Billing Support: Assist customers with billing inquiries, ensuring transactions and adjustments are handled accurately and securely.

You'll start with a comprehensive training program on our systems and services, followed by a supportive nesting period.
