Job Title:
Sales Representative with German language - Sales DevelopmentJob Description
What the role looks like:
Achieve your revenue-based quota by selling/renewing products/services.
Offer upsell opportunities.
Work within the dedicated territory for clients.
Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast.
Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound.
Promote strategic adoption of product(s) enhancing the customer experience, establishing optimal usage behaviors and accelerating the customer's time to value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve superior customer experience.
Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner.
The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00am till 18:00pm.
Your profile:
Fluent level of German and English - both written and spoken.
Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred.
Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.
Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.
Experience working with MS Dynamics CRM or similar will be an advantage.
Keen on new technologies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
