The role
The Snr Manager will lead teams of consultants and analysts in identifying new ways to deliver better services and outcomes for both Concentrix and our clients, by analyzing business and operational performance data, mapping customer journeys and business processes, to understand root cause, unearth unmet customer needs and identify creative solutions. You will report to our Regional Leader
You will build client and partner relationships, engage and develop your teams and work with your colleagues across Concentrix to make meaningful change happen.
What you need to have is:
- Experience (10 years or more) in consulting, service design, analytics or business analysis.
- Experience in Conversational Analytics and Speech to Text implementation and optimization.
- Experience leading teams to deliver quality analysis, thought capital, and clear data-driven recommendations bounded by options and risk scenarios.
- The ability to guide and manage business change and transformation projects.
- Acommunicator with ability to engage and inspire clients and promote change to happen.
- The ability to develop and communicate growth and business strategies that are based on the insights you gain from customer and our data and research.
- Experience leading diverse teams, providing direction and guidance.
- The ability to plan and manage multiple simultaneous large projects;
- Comfortable leading work that combines the use of data analysis, and business process improvement, with service design thinking;
- An expert in consulting, who is knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry best practices.
- Lead multiple, simultaneous consulting engagements with clients on business operations and performance improvement initiatives including the deployment and optimization of Conversational Assist, next best action and Knowledge AI
- Solid understanding of contact centers and self-service channels.
- Proficient with Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and French (Oral and written)
Nice to have:
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis methodology.
- Green or Black Belt Six Sigma certification.
- Lean Methodology experience.
- Experience in code such as Python, SQL and R
- Data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, DOMO
You will:
- Oversee the project manager and project team to complete all phases of a data analysis project on-time and on-budget, including: Planning, Data Collection, Data Cleansing, Analysis and Recommending Solutions
- Develop new insights and understanding of our performance based on data and statistical methods
- Analyze external markets dynamics and multiple large data sources to assess trends and develop relevant insights
- Lead teams to deliver quality analysis, thought capital, and clear data-driven recommendations bounded by options and risk scenarios
- Manage contract, timeline, budget and all deliverables for internal or external client projects
- Client Engagement Management
- Build, manage, and sustain relationships with internal and external clients
- Deliver consultative recommendations to clients by drawing from information captured from the Concentrix Analytic Consulting team, prior experience of critical processes and industry knowledge
