The Sales Advisor I - Technical Support role involves assisting customers with both sales and technical needs. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and recommending suitable products or services. The ideal candidate has strong communication, sales skills, and basic technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Optimization: Engage proactively and reactively with clients to assess and optimize product performance.
- Knowledge Development: Develop and share expert knowledge of our advertising solutions, including performance impacts and implementing tools like conversion API, Pixel and Catalog.
- Contacting new and existing clients via telephone, chat, and email daily, identifying proactive technical opportunities and providing the businesses with the right technical set-up for their business goals.
- Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate technical product adoption.
- Become an expert on all technical advertising solutions (including Shops, Pixel, CAPI, Catalog, Business Manager, Commerce Manager, etc.)
- Providing vital product insights & feedback using the technical products and sharing feedback from the advertisers.
- Use a variety of tools to communicate and drive advertiser’s business to success in adopting technical solutions.
- Being sales driven and number driven, leveraging customer satisfaction to encourage and engage the advertiser in improving results and increasing the budget.
