Sr. Representative, People Solutions Center
Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Evaluating, analyzing, and implementing all People Solutions Center activities (Shared Service Center for admin work) which include, but are not limited to administer employee engagement and relations, through our helpdesk tool
- Provide consulting services, through cross-departmental partnerships, to our employees and their managers, regarding human resource policies, onboarding, off-boarding and multiple HR related administrative matters.
- Receive, process, and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and support proactive People Solutions Center solutions in alignment with the organization's overall strategies
- Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of People Solution processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local laws
- Communicate and reinforce the Company's values, philosophies, and Leadership Behaviors to assist in development of a high performing organization
Candidate Profile
- Experience in HR administration preferred, but not mandatory
- Openness to learn new skills and willingness to serve our employees as internal clients
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Polish & English)
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure in a virtual environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Polish B2 and English B1
