This role is part of the Microsoft Global Partner Incentives campaign (GPIC) The successful candidate will become a Subject Matter expert in one or more incentive campaigns or programs, focusing on data reporting and data insights that will provide information to the client or client partner on the performance of their program. The role offers an exciting balance of task repetition and change which makes the job interesting daily. The role is part of a managed services group within the IT vertical and is part of the S&D Marketing Solutions Group.
The GPIC team performs a variety of regularly cadenced activities which ensures we are SMEs on many processes and procedures, However, change is a constant, as we collaborate with a wide array of cross functional teams, who each have their own tools and processes.
- Owns the relationship between one or more clients and the internal project team, ensuring that the project meets the client's requirements, expectations, and goals.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing projects while maintaining direct communication and interaction with clients throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Become the SME for your incentive campaign(s) or program(s) and be prepared to provide insights for optimization and growth.
- Accountable for payments and accruals follow through.
- Responsible for tier 2 support for partners
Qualifications
- A background in finance and data reporting is required, with a proven history of providing data insights
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Proven history of direct-to-client communications
- Strong customer service-oriented skills
- Advance Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups etc) with the ability to derive insights and recommendations from your analysis
- Microsoft office suite, project management (these may not be technical), agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
PMP, SAFe and Scrum Master are a plus
