Customer Service Advisor - Roadside Assistance

Job Description: 

We have exciting new opportunities to join our award-winning team giving an exceptional service to one of Concentrix’s key clients based remotely! 

What does the job involve? 

You’ll be answering inbound calls from existing customers from a leading roadside assistance and insurance company, assisting with account queries, insurance policies, helping customers renew their breakdown policies and providing excellent Customer Service.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor : 

· Taking on customer queries 

· Inbound calls 

· Helping customers renew their current policies 

· Maximising on sales opportunities where possible 

To be a Customer Service Advisor you'll need: 

· 6 months previous customer service experience 

· A customer focused mindset 

· Ability to work at home
