Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join our team in Latvia! If you’re efficient, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working with large volumes of data, this role is perfect for you!

What you'll do in this role:

As a Data Entry Specialist, your main responsibility will be helping our client with data entry tasks, particularly managing invoices. You'll be double-checking for any mistakes and ensuring everything is accurate. This role requires you to work efficiently, processing high volumes of information with precision and focus. This position is fixed-term from 28.10.2024- 31.01.2025.

We'll be a great match, if you:

• Have a strong command of both English & Latvian.

• Have an excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and concentration throughout the workday

• Are comfortable navigating in computer systems.

• Have a High School Diploma.

• Can work from your registered home address within Latvia (not abroad).

• Have a dedicated workspace at home with an adjustable office chair, desk, a quiet environment for focused work, and a stable broadband connection (modem/router).

We offer you:

• A fully remote job, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home

• Necessary work-equipment, such as a computer and 2 monitors

• A monthly salary of €770 (gross / before taxes)

• A supportive and friendly team environment

• Partial reimbursement for your electricity bills

Start date: 28.10.2024

Contract: Full-time, fixed-term until 31.01.2025

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.00-16.30 (40h/week)

Location: Latvia (Remote)
