This position requires a robust understanding of extracting and cleansing data from systems like CRM and ERP, a strong grasp of relational databases, and expert-level proficiency in Power BI and the Power Platform.

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst with robust technical skills and exceptional client-facing capabilities to support our B2B Solution Consultants team. This role demands expertise in sourcing data from diverse systems including CRM and ERP, a thorough understanding of relational databases, and an advanced command of data modeling. Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and perform rigorous cleansing on large datasets from diverse systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Design and develop advanced data models in Power BI, focusing on strong relational database comprehension, intuitive visualizations and business intelligence capabilities that underpin strategic decisions and solutions.

• Work closely with B2B Solution Consultants, understanding client objectives and delivering tailored data-driven insights to facilitate client decision-making.

• Deliver compelling and clear presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value and insights of our data-driven solutions.

• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in data analytics and business intelligence tools.

• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies to uphold the integrity and confidentiality of information.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, particularly in a client-facing role and with proven expertise in systems like CRM, ERP.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Data Modelling.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting data to an audience, particularly in a sales environment.

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Experience in Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate, to enhance business solutions through automated workflows and custom business applications is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is a plus.

• Familiarity with SQL, and experience in managing data extraction and manipulation directly from databases.
