Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

This is an on-site role based in our Falkirk, Larbert office.

£23,878.40, per annum (pro-rata to PT hours) plus uncapped bonus and incentives, OTE £26,500 (pro rata)

**All applicants must be available for 3 weeks full time training before moving to a fixed part time shift pattern**

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Advisor

· Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing their needs and building rapport

· Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets

· Maintaining and proactively improving sales skills, product knowledge, competitor knowledge and offer management

· Developing relationships with customers and encouraging referrals

· Ensuring accurate information, quotes and pricing information to customers

· Upselling and cross-selling products and services in order to maximise opportunity to retain

· Following all appropriate FSA regulations

To be a Sales Advisor you'll need:

· Exceptional customer call handling skills

· Exceptional customer call handling skills

· Track record of delivering results and exceeding stretching targets

· Proven sales ability and experience of challenging sales environment

· Computer literate
