What the role looks like:
Achieve your revenue-based quota by selling/renewing products/services
May have to offer upsell opportunities when applicable
Work within the dedicated territory for clients
Guide customers through onboarding after product purchase and promote strategic adoption of product(s) enhancing the customer experience, establishing optimal usage behaviours and accelerating the customer's time to value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve a superior customer experience
Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner
This is a WFH position with a standard working time – Monday - Friday - 9:00 till 18:00
Your Profile:
Fluent in English and German – both written and spoken
2-3 years of experience working in a customer service or sales environment preferred
Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships
Experience working with CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) is advantage
Demonstrated aptitude and success to learn and optimize new technology and data
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with proven success
