As a Technical Senior Architect in Salesforce, you will design and implement solutions that enhance the Salesforce platform to meet needs – achieving customer and agent experiences that drive successful outcomes for our clients. End-to-end contact center expertise are a must have. You will work with stakeholders to identify requirements, create detailed solutions designs, and lead scalable Salesforce projects. Your role will also involve mentoring, ensuring Salesforce best practices, and staying updated with the latest Salesforce advancements. Responsible for the successful implementation, integration, configuration and customization of Salesforce Solutions from pre-sales, project initiation to full customer production roll-out and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement technology architecture solutions.
- Lead and guide development teams and team leads.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand and define requirements.
- Contribute in projects related to Service Cloud and Contact Center.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 10 years in roles related to solution architecture and technical leadership.
- Certification: Technical or application architect certification (preferred).
- Availability to work on various projects based on business needs.
- Proficiency in Spanish (required).
