The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Vos missions seront les suivantes

• Traiter avec les clients en utilisant plusieurs canaux

• Résoudre les plaintes des clients dans un délai défini

• Evaluer les informations pour traiter les demandes et les plaintes.

• Effectuer des tâches supplémentaires en fonction des besoins.

Prérequis

• Bon niveau de français et de l’anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.

• Facilités de communication/argumentation.

• Goût pour le travail en équipe.

• Bonnes compétences informatiques.

• Excellentes compétences de service à la clientèle.
