Due to business growth, we are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, this role is an on-site role based at our Brisbane CBD office reporting to the Director of People Solutions.

Key Duties:-

  • Lead the day-to-day duties of the HR and recruitment team for your portfolio of accounts
  • Work closely with the HR Partners to coach and develop front-line Leaders to manage attendance, performance and conduct management
  • Lead the recruitment strategy to deliver service delivery staffing ramps
  • Develop and review HR/Recruitment metrics to guide continuous improvement and inform capacity planning
  • Deliver the annual HR Calendar (reward & recognition, annual performance review cycle, succession planning, Your Voice employee engagement survey)
  • Oversee employee Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion strategies
  • Interpret employment legislation and develop HR policies, craft resources, and deliver proactive HR solutions
  • Manage workplace investigations (case management), ensuring procedural fairness, legislative compliance, and policy adherence

Essential Skills and Experience:- 

  • Strong HR generalist and case management experience delivering business partnering services across a diverse workforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, coach, and provide direction to foster an inclusive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to drive key diversity and inclusion, wellness and ESG initiatives.
  • Previous experience in volume recruitment, highly desirable
