1 - Mission
The Senior Ops Manager guarantees the quality of the customer relationship on his/her project by ensuring that the objectives set jointly by the account management and the production management are achieved in response to the expectations of the client-ordering.
He/she manages, leads a team of supervisors/senior supervisors and develops the skills of his/her teams. He/she may also be required to manage production support functions.
2 - Main activities
2 - 1 Project management (profitability/margin, volume, productivity, quality)
Analyze the project results and define the necessary action plans
Make the production/quality/customer requirement trade-offs while ensuring efficiency
Ensure compliance with quality processes and standards (ISO, NF345, LRS) on the project
Manage turnover, absenteeism and implement the necessary action plans
Ensure the availability of production resources (equipment, tools and, more generally, technical resources) and human resources
Manage set-ups
2 - 2 Management of the client-ordering party
Ensure the project reporting requirements
Prepare and lead COPROD, COPIL and customer visits
Contribute to adding value to the project
2 - 3 Team management
Animate, motivate and retain your teams
Relay the company's strategy to your employees and communicate all the project objectives
Evaluate your employees, define their development areas and support their skills development
Identify your employees' training needs
Contribute to the promotion process (Assessment Center)
Ensure Concentrix values are respected, apply discipline and rules on the set
