We are looking for Customer Retention Expert to join our existing team.

Join Concentrix to work with our client, Intuit, proud makers of QuickBooks Online. We support small businesses, accountants, and self-employed individuals and we are looking to grow our team of talented individuals.

The role:

As a Customer Retention Expert, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with our customer base, primarily consisting of accountants, sole traders, and small businesses. You will play a critical role in the execution of initiatives designed to enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.

  • Salary - £11.73 per hour – annual £24,398 with Bonus opportunity – OTE £30,396

Role Overview

· Engage with customers through discovery-focused conversations to understand their needs and circumstances, offering tailored solutions aligned with their financial management goals.

· Utilise complex problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and objections, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the retention process

· Develop and deliver effective communication strategies that highlight the value of our products and services, fostering strong relationships and trust with customers

· Demonstrate ownership of customer interactions, ensuring that every engagement reinforces our commitment to customer success and retention

· Foster a customer-focused mindset, encouraging curiosity, resilience, and a drive to achieve exceptional results

We are looking for people who have

· Previous experience in a Customer Success, contact centre, or similar role

· Previous experience in retentions or sales, demonstrating effective objection handling and decision-making skills
