What you will do in this role

As an Trainer/CRM Lead on our team, you will: 

- Prepare and provide trainings on call handling, sales techniques, CRM management etc

- Create & update training schedule

- Deliver (or facilitate where applicable) trainings for new starters, upskill, product launches and system changes.

- Provide written feedback of each trainee to the Team Leads after training completion

- Collect feedback from trainees 2 weeks after training to discover possible improvement points

- Liaise on a regular basis with SV and CRM SME to ensure that training needs are met on the floor

- Be the point of contact for all training related matters. This includes attending all training meetings

- Liaise with other departments for any additional training needed

- Identify areas of improvement and provide structured and timely recommendations (verbal and/or written)

- Are bilingual or proficient in English

- Have strong organization skills

- Have excellent communication skills, can manage relationships across all levels of the company

- Are able to easily transmit enthusiasm and positive energy

- Are data-driven individual, confident in analysing data to derive insights and recommend improvements to CRM strategies

- Are proficient in using CRM reporting tools to generate dashboards, track KPIs etc

It will be a plus if you:

- Have 2-5 years of solid CRM experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics

-  Have additional language skills

- Have international experience
