You Have: 

  • 2+ years of experience working in an inside sales capacity 

  • Dynamic personality 

  • A winning mindset 

  • Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals 

  • Experience or willingness to work a hybrid model 

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform products and services, similar clouds of SaaS solutions 

  • Proven ability to manage pipeline and forecast sales 

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM 

  • Experience upselling and cross-selling customers 

  • Proven ability to manage pipeline and forecast sales 

You Will: 

  • Prospect and develop new customers 

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers 

  • Understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs 

  • Negotiate and close deals 

  • Manage pipeline and forecast sales 

  • Work with multiple customers at scale 

  • Up sell and cross sell customers. 

  • Convert qualified leads into closed sales 

  • Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to secure new customers 

  • Reach a mastery of sales training and closing sales 

  • Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects 

  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured 

  • Work hybrid, commutable to a designated Concentrix Office in Costa Rica.
