Community Model
Concentrix New Zealand supports a number of world leading brands from our Auckland and Wellington sites. Part of the way that we differentiate is by utilising an approach that we call the 'Community Model.'
In collaboration with tertiary education institutions, the Concentrix "Community Model" aims to build a stronger future the local community by giving employer opportunities to students. This, in turn, enhances the entire region's skill profile.
Students are able to gain valuable real-world experience, educational credits and career development through leveraging their capabilities, commitment and time.

Environmental Sustainability
As part of a global Concentrix initiative, we are proud to be collaborating with One Tree Planted, a non profit that plants a tree for every dollar donated in order to help take on the negative effects of climate change.
Last year on World Environment Day, Concentrix New Zealand also teamed up with Conservation Volunteers NZ to compete in their annual corporate tree planting challenge. This was held in Auckland and Wellington, where 2 Concentrix teams competed against other companies to see who could plant the most trees within 2 hours. Our Wellington team planted 126 trees and our Auckland team planted 475!
