What the role looks like:
- Deliver live and on-demand instructor-led training via a variety of modalities and technologies.
- Facilitate virtual instructor led training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule across regions and globally.
- Partner with the global Customer Learning Team and fellow trainers to ensure consistent customer experience globally.
- Update, translate & localize training materials as directed.
- Review feedback, identify and implement improvement.
- Maintain participant records (e.g., registration, test scores, evaluations, and attendance).
- Hybrid position
- Working hours - Mon - Fr 10:00-19:00
Your profile:
- 1+ year in Customer Training, (virtual) education or L&D environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English – written and verbal
- Experience delivering ILT / Vilt learning programs.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience using virtual platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco WebEx and LMS platforms such as Skilljar Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments.
- Passion for training and educating people
- Direct work experience in a training capacity, including external training and internal curriculum development and execution.
- Professional and confident public presence; experience commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker in both virtual and in-person settings.
