  • Providing customer support for the purchase of electric cars or after-sales support (inbound calls and chats)
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relations
  • Ongoing reporting in the systems
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Spanish/Italian/French/Greek/German/Bulgarian/Dutch/Swedish/Hungarian/Croatian/Czech/Romanian/Slovak/Chinese
  • English – B2
  • Ability to work from the office in Lublin.
  • Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills).
  • Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Employment contract for full time.
  • Shift work: 5 days a week, Monday – Saturday. 8 hours daily with 30 min of break included. 
  • Working days: Monday - Saturday 09:00 - 18:00, a few times a month working Saturdays.
