Monitor and supervise housekeeping
Helpdesk/Solvnow Monitoring
Spearhead pantry management
Ensure compliance to health and safety per local government requirement
Ensure that site is always audit/visit ready
Conduct daily site walkthrough
Send out walkthrough findings for repair, replacement, repaint, etc.
Monitor completion of job orders sent to housekeeping and technicians in a timely manner
Audit and compliance (internal and external audit/private and government regulated)
Supplies management and monitoring
Financials
Locker Management
Process Clearance for leavers
