Your Typical Day:
As an Online Sport Support Consultant, your role will involve providing customer assistance via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels. You'll serve as a reliable consultant to our customers, offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup and verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, as well as general guidance on navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Trusted Advisor: Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
Query Resolution: Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.
Clear Communication: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Process Optimization: Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.
What You Need:
Fluency in German, both written and verbal
Good command of English, both written and verbal
Excellent communication skills
Interest in sports
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
Team player with a positive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required
Availability to work on rotational shifts

Full-time role with flexible working hours from Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 AM
