O365/SCIM Malaysia (Tech lead)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced SCIM Tech Lead to join our growing delivery team. This role requires deep technical expertise in O365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Endpoint Management (Intune), and Security & Compliance services. You will lead complex technical escalations, mentor engineers, and ensure the stability and security of large-scale enterprise identity and endpoint infrastructure.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Onsite)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
Lead technical escalations for identity, endpoint, and compliance-related issues.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting for O365 and Azure-based services.
Mentor support engineers and help build technical capability across the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and problem resolution.
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high service quality.
Drive process improvements and implement automation where applicable.

Sentinel (SIEM), threat hunting, incident response
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and security operations workflows

O365: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
Email security and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Diagnostic tools: PowerShell, PSR, Fiddler, Process Monitor
Kusto Query Language (KQL) for Sentinel and Log Analytics
Ideal Candidate Profile
At least 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in O365, identity platforms, and endpoint security
Strong command of modern security frameworks and compliance tools
Demonstrated leadership in technical mentoring or project delivery
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing support or consulting environment
