- Fulltime role with working shifts between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday - Sunday
- Competitive salary of 4 000 BGN gross with monthly performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-touch customer care to business travelers for flights, hotels, and train travel.
- Ensure travelers have a seamless experience, allowing them to focus on their business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in German and English.
- A proactive team player with great organizational and decision-making skills.
- Active listener who is eager to learn and navigate new systems used in the travel industry
