• Invoice Processing: Reviewing, verifying, and entering invoices into the accounting system.
• Reconciliation: Reconciling vendor statements.

• Reporting: Creating and running various reports as needed.
• Vendor Relations: Corresponding with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and credits.
• Problem Solving: Investigating and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies and outstanding creditor items.
