Job Description
The Supervisor, Quality is responsible for supporting Transactional Monitoring for a single/multiple clients with multiple programs or lines of businesses within a single site and supervises all on-site Quality Evaluators who support their assigned portfolio. This position is responsible for the skill level and development of the employees on their team, the attainment and accuracy of evaluations across assigned portfolio, and delivering quality related analysis and insights of overall program performance.

Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be a Graduate. Collections experience is a must with 1 year on paper exp as QTL and team handling. Must be from a BFSI industry.
- Good presentation skills with PPT and client data preparation.
- Effective People Management skills to be able to drive teams across LOBs
- Ability to drive initiatives to closure
- Ability to deal with all levels of employees and to provide leadership, direction and motivation to build high performing teams
- Excellent analytical, Quantitative, data handling / data interpretation skills
- Excellent oral and written Communication skills, to manage client and leadership communication
- Good working knowledge of Transaction Quality systems, tools and technologies
- Understanding of Transition, which is spread between the Handover, Startup, Manage and Exit phases to be able to manage Transaction Quality functions effectively
- High level of maturity to handle people including but not limited to client, stake holders, peers etc.
- Process Oriented, Planning, Decision making, Data Handling, Ability to prioritize, Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Detail oriented, Strong organizational and Presentation skills
Key skills & knowledge:
- Basically, from Technical Helpdesk background preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
- People Management skills
- Data structuring and churning ability
- Basic knowledge of Six Sigma and statistical tools will be an added advantage
- Ability to drive initiatives and projects to closure
- Ability to deal with employees at all levels of hierarchy
- Ability to provide leadership, direction, and motivation to build high performing teams
- Analytical and Quantitative skills
- Excellent Communication and articulation skills
- Data Handling / data interpretation skills / data visualization skills
- Good working knowledge of Transaction Quality systems, tools, and technologies.
