The Customer Service Advisor position interfaces with customers via chat messaging, inbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated Full Time & Part Time inbound Customer Service Advisors to become a part of our newly established team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support for enquiries via calls and chat functions.
