What the role looks like:
- Ensure good SFDC data hygiene, movement of pipeline, and provide regular SFDC updates in team meetings
- Regularly review pipeline and sales data and monitor for insights, reporting this back to the team
- Partner with legal to mitigate roadblocks and ensure that contracts progress forward through the review process
- Act as a liaison and facilitate internal teams to support the customer in any administrative needs including but
- not limited to project ownership, legal term changes, and billing issues/changes
- Build trust with partners
- Provide feedback from partners and customers back to the client
- The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00am till 18:00pm
- Work from the comfort of your home (remote position)
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Google sheets/ Ecxel
- Account management mindset in order to manage PSMs book of business
- Organized and efficient, with an eye for improving business processes
- Fluent level of English language – both written and spoken
- Experience working in a customer service/ sales / outsourcing environment would be considered an advantage
- Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to maintain overall ownership and to function as single point of contact for Partners and, developing positive customer relationships
