Business ownership and responsibilities of AAL under the Business Solutions Team under the PerformCX vertical. For this we have sought an approval to hire a Manager who will be responsible to drive execution on REACH, USAGE and ROI along with some other key business metrics. The gamechanger will also be responsible to creating and executing strategy around product enhancements, bug fixes and other areas to make the product better and also work on a GTM strategy for the tool
