DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers through inbound and outbound outreach, including calls, emails, and scheduled appointments.
• Manage the full sales process from lead qualification and discovery to deal closure and contract execution.
• Understand customer needs, business goals, and challenges to recommend suitable cloud-based solutions.
• Clearly communicate product value, demonstrate relevant use cases, and tailor presentations or demos to each customer.
• Maintain and optimize a growing sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and conversion-focused activities.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams, as well as partners.
• Stay current products, market trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position solutions.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, forecast sales, and report progress accurately.
HIRING REQUIREMENT
• 2+ years of experience working in a sales capacity
• Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
• Experience in high-volume calling
• Experience learning new technology and data
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Language: Korean (Business Level)
