Monday – Friday between 7:00am – 7:00pm AEST (Rotating Roster)

What You'll Need
To be located within 50km of Docklands, Melbourne for equipment pickup and onsite IT support
Australian Citizenship (required for security clearance).
Reliable home internet (minimum 50Mbps download / 20Mbps upload).
A private and professional home workspace.
Passion for helping people and clear communication skills.
Prior customer service or contact centre experience (advantageous).
The ability to pass police check and other financial pre-employment checks including government clearance.
