As a Real-Time Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the flow of business operations in real time. This role is crucial for ensuring that efficiency targets are met and decision-making is well-informed by up-to-the-minute data.
Description
Core Responsibilities :
- Monitoring and analyzing data in real time to effectively manage the flow of customer interactions.
- Preparing and delivering timely reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations and workforce management teams to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Use real-time data to identify operational challenges and propose solutions.
- Maintain accuracy in data analysis for forecasting and planning purposes.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in call center or customer service.
- Advanced knowledge of English (at least C1 level), knowledge of German (at least B1 level) will be an additional advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with Microsoft Office Tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in a similar position - nice to have.
- Experience in using WFM tools - nice to have.
