We are looking for Customer Service Specialists, to join our vibrant team, at our Ballarat delivery centre delivery centre, working with our Australian leading superannuation fund.
Key Role Details:
- Start date 23rd February!
- $28.12 per hour + super +penalty rates and performance incentive scheme
- Permanent, full-time onsite opportunities
- Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm if you join our digital team.
- Comprehensive Paid Training: You’ll receive structured onboarding and ongoing coaching — we’ll ensure you’re fully equipped to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customer service and account management
- Ability to understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience
- Support customers through multiple channels. Voice line, web messaging, smart phone apps, social media enquiries and email
- Hold the higher level of emotional intelligence and resilience to guide customers through the eligibility criteria for early release of super.

Who are you?
- You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No contact centre experience necessary but exceptional customer service skills are a must!
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about customer service and an excellent communicator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly approach
- Efficient investigation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and retain product knowledge in dynamic and evolving markets

- Must have full working rights in Australia and be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to complete background and police checks.
