We are offering the unique opportunity to be part of an exciting, short-term project team, at our vibrant Ballarat site. Our team will deliver exceptional customer service and support, to customers that are vulnerable or may be experiencing financial hardship.

Navigating through the unique and individual circumstances of each enquiry, with empathy and quality support, to maximise positive solutions for everyone.

You will earn $35.83 per hour. After completing a 5-day full-time client training program, this team will respond to enquiries via email or phone, with responsibilities including both inbound and outbound call handling.

Key Role Details:

• Start date: 24th November 2025
• Duration: 2-month Minimum 
• Casual Hourly rate: $35.83
• Operational Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am to 6pm
• Ballarat Delivery Centre – onsite parking included

Who Are We Looking For?

You believe quality customer service and achieving positive outcomes is paramount, when dealing with customers.  Your care, empathy and communication style naturally allow you to develop trusting relationships, quickly, with a wide variety of audiences. 

•  Customer Service: Call Centre experience a must, collections experience highly desirable.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solvers: Navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment with ease.
• Dedicated Professionals: Achieve targets and KPIs with enthusiasm and integrity.
• Compliance Ready: Must have full working rights in Australia, be at least 18 years old, and pass background checks
• Interpersonal Skills:  High level, including demonstrated verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate effectively at all levels.
