Job Description
The Culture and Engagement Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Employee Engagement within the site. They will also work closely with Operations and support them in engagement efforts.
- Design, plan, and coordinate events to promote the organization's activities in the community
- Monitor progress of initiatives and report findings to management
- Budget analysis, considering participation rates and cost per person.
- Work along with Regional team for support on actions plans to enhance the game-changer experience, evaluating activities, aligning strategies for the country, and measuring impact. A monthly report will be shared with Leadership team.
- Leverage internal communication vehicles to ensure employee awareness, understanding and participation in programs and process improvement related to increasing engagement and building a best place to work.
- Leads active Concentrix programs and platforms that drives Praise & Recognition in the country.
- Assist with providing content for social media, including but not limited, pictures and videos of internal activities, company events.
- May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.
