About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the frontline representative for a government department. Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling both general and complex inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Leveraging your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
Utilising active listening and attention to detail to troubleshoot or resolve all inquiries.
Demonstrating the highest level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
Key Role Details:
Hourly Rate: $27.77 + Super
Monthly Incentives: Up to $480
Full-Time: 38 hours per week
Part-Time: 4-day work week! Minimum 30 hours
Start Dates: November 2024 and January 2025
Paid Training: Full-time training provided
Schedule: Monday to Friday rotating roster of 7 AM - 6 PM. No weekends!
Location: Centrally located in the heart of Brisbane, 100 metres from Central Station
Who Are You?
You believe quality customer service is paramount. While no call center experience is necessary, having customer service skills is a must!
Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age.
Eager to work towards goals and targets.
Confident in using computers and various systems.
Passionate about customer service.
Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
