You are a perfect fit for the position if you:
Are a college graduate with a background in the Technical Customer Experience (CX) industry
Open to high school graduates (old curriculum) or senior high school graduates (K12)
Have at least six (6) months of background in the Technical Customer Experience (CX) industry
Have good English communication skills
Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Have superb computer skills
Are willing to work on shifting schedule
Amenable to work Onsite
