We are looking for a Korean & English speaking Renewal Sales Representative to join one of our exciting, expansion projects.
The Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.
Serves an assigned territory/client, you will device and develop processes to ensure favourable relationships with clients, meeting the sales and operational needs. In this role, you will be managing the client’s customers end-to-end sales lifecycle, by renewing, expanding, and converting the service relationships our clients have with their existing customer base
As a Renewal Sales Representative in our team, you will:
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service, sales capacity with consultative-based sales experience managing SMB or Enterprise portfolio
- Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
- Experience in high-volume calling with proven track record of sales or account management in IT industry
- Experience with customer experience and sales, able to listen and respond to consumer needs, effectively communicate features and benefits of highly innovative products to customers.
- Enthusiasm for new technology, demonstrate ability to extract hidden or unrealized requirements and gain consensus on these requirements with the customer.
- Aptitude to learn and optimize new technology with prior experience in utilizing Client Relationship Management tool, i.e. Salesforce, SAP, MS Office programs etc.
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skill, demonstrate ability to multi-task and make timely and sound decisions under conditions of uncertainty or limited data.
- Agility to manage ambiguous and complex situations, while maintaining good rapport with customers.
- Experience or willingness to work hybrid

- Work within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services, may offer up- sell opportunities
- Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
- Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
- Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers
- Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
- Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
- Undertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts
- Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager
