Job Description
Essential Functions:
These candidates must have knowledge on:
Office Suite, including but not limited to excel, access and Outlook.
JSON, SQL language and syntax for medium to basic queries.
Understand US company structures.
English level not less than B2.
- Provide Implementation Services to Customers
- Document and validate customer's our requirements and map to Ceridian functionality
- Configure Ceridian application to meet customer's documented business requirements
- Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document with meeting minutes
- Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
- Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise
- Be a "go-to" resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users
- Contribute to internal Implementation initiatives
- Document solutions and contribute to a solutions repository
- Contribute to internal knowledge share; review posted feedback on a continuous basis and respond to questions
- Participate in Continuing Education sessions
- Complete new release training; be fully versed on new functionality in each product release
Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience engaging with specific client contacts, such as Controllers, Accountants, and Financial Officers to complete analysis of client specific General Ledger journal entry requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a Software Implementation and or 2+ years of experience in a Time & Attendance/Rostering, HR, Payroll Software role.
Technical Skills Requirements:
- Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL an asset
- Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices
- Understanding of different industries and how Ceridian implementation best practices apply to the customer's business practices
Functional Skills Requirements:
- Customer relationship experience
- Ability to engage
- And facilitate customer workshops and sessions
