As part of the Sales team, the junior sales consultant will help develop and implement sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
As part of our team you will report to our Group Manager in Business development.
Location : Paris
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Help identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Support the sales team in implementing sales strategies and achieving targets.
- Build and continuously feed a business-oriented demo framework based on common customer needs and industry specific trends (Retail, FS, Travel…).
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all our customers.
- Make CX recommendations for clients and prospects based on Concentrix Catalyst capabilities (CCaaS, CRM).
- Use journey maps to pinpoint opportunities for technology to improve the customer experience (Bot, workflow optimization, automation…).
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Business development
- Help prepare Sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Participate in sales meetings, product demonstrations and client visits.
- Report on sales activities, progress and results using Salesforce.
Collaboration
- Work with the marketing team to develop commercial materials and campaigns and promote Concentrix Catalyst expertise in EMEA region.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights.
- Stay up to date on industry trends to identify potential opportunities for Concentrix.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or related role is a plus.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
- Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Stay up to date with industry trends.
