What you will do in this role
As a member of our team, you will assist people who need help quickly. You will talk to them to find out what kind of help they need. This could be the police in connection with a burglary, but also a garage because they have a flat tire on the highway. It is therefore important that you can quickly determine what is needed to help the person on the line as quickly as possible. You stand firm and can act decisively, without losing your empathy. You listen where necessary but remain professional and provide the right solution.
Customers come to us by phone or chat. It is therefore important that you can speak and write French, Italian, and English. We work 24/7, so working night shifts should not be a problem for you.
Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:
o Fluent in French, Italian, and English. French and Italian a split of C1-B2-level. English at B2-level. This is mandatory;
o No problem working in shifts, so you can work morning, afternoon and night;
o Are willing to work 100% at our location in Amsterdam;
It is a plus if you:
o Have a degree in CPR or have knowledge of police, fire or other emergency response;
o Have experience in providing emergency response or communications;
o Have experience with MS Office and Google Maps;
