Senior Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect experienced solutioning CCaaS solutions that deliver outstanding Customer Experience. Expertise
in AWS Connect with an emphasis on customer-facing demo Experience responding to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests. You will report to our Global Director
Your Impact:
- Review RFP requirements while leading solution design
- Develop and deliver technical presentations
- Provide technical product expertise during sales opportunities, both in person and remotely, to include providing live product
demonstrations
- Build and configure demo scenarios in AWS Connect and related AWS services (e.g. Lex) including ACD, IVR, outbound dialers, queuing, skilling, quality, ACD, Email, Web Messaging, and SMS and other digital channels
Your Qualifications:
- 7years of technology related sales or business development experience with direct field experience selling complex transformational technology solutions to Fortune 5000 companies.
- Abachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or MIS, or equivalent experience.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification and AWS Connect Communication Specialist Badge
- Knowledge of contact center skills, including ACD, IVR, NLP, automated dialers, queuing, skilling, VoIP, DID, TFN, DNIS, call recording and screen recording, quality, ACD Email, Web Messaging and SMS
- Experience working with AWS, AI/ML and Generative AI, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex.
- Knowledge of other contact center platforms (particularly Genesys Cloud CX) and VoIP protocols
- Experience working with customers, senior-level personnel and Team members
