We are looking for a Digital Project Manager at Catalyst (Concentrix group), within a
30-strong digital agency created in 2007 and specialising in consulting, design and
development of digital products.
The agency is set to expand across EMEA and into new markets following the merger
between Webhelp and Concentrix.
Missions :
- Managing several digital projects: taking client briefs, formalizing proposals, providing
feedback, briefing in-house creative teams, managing UX/UI and development teams on
projects, etc.
- Support our customers in the strategic thinking and marketing of their digital products
(mobile apps, websites, innovation, customer journeys in the broadest sense of the term,
etc.), based on substantiated market data (market research, customer studies, benchmarks,
etc.).
- Develop business with our on-board customer portfolio by proposing new
routes and product developments (cross/up sell).
Required qualities :
- Analyze, summarize and be creative to put forward appropriate recommendations to our customers
- Strong ability to build rapport and connect with people at all levels, commercial knowledge and the ability to present ideas with real conviction (active listening, detailed understanding of needs, ability to challenge, ability to brief, relevance of responses)
- Knowledge of the challenges of digital transformation and a solid web culture (UX/UI
design, user experience, technology, etc.)
- Areal business orientation to develop new opportunities for our customers
- High level of rigour is required for this position
- Good communicator and public speaker
Background / profile :
- 3/4 years' experience in an agency or consulting firm
- Business school or equivalent
- Fluent in English and French is essential
