Marketing Content Creator / UX Designer
Job Description
Responsabilities:
- Translate business needs into impactful creative content that supports enterprise thought leadership, lead generation, and customer adoption and retention.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content planners, content writers, social content managers, sales associates, and others to bring projects to life.
- Leverage creative guidelines and existing assets and templates from Brand Creative to maintain brand consistency and quality
- Apply industry knowledge, channel best practices, and the latest trends to continuously enhance the appeal and effectiveness of your work
- Work with internal stakeholders and project managers to design, measure, and continuously optimize advertising, organic social media, landing pages, e-books, and other digital programs.
- Work on website optimization and A/B testing to improve conversion and engagement.
- Support B2B event and print programs with exhibit design, advertising design, and creative planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience as a content marketing designer, preferably with a SaaS or B2B company; video editing skills a plus
- Advanced Engligh speaker (B2+)
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, XD) ; G-suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc..), Unbounce or similar.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with demanding stakeholders as the single content creator
- Website UX design experience for a B2B software company
- Experience designing performance marketing materials (landing pages, advertising)
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and apply knowledge and expertise with end-to-end imagery creation skills-from concept-through-implementation
- Demonstrated experience with mobile-first design processes and principles
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for design assets is desirable but not required.
- Demonstrated experience in designing growth marketing creative for digital advertising platforms, SEO, and content marketing strategies. Specific expertise in creating LinkedIn campaigns is highly desirable but not required.
- Information design experience (e.g., infographics, product marketing form factors) is highly desirable but not required.
