This is DAY 1 Onsite position working out of Omaha, NE
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled QA Tester with strong expertise in Automation and Regression Testing to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will design and maintain automated test frameworks, execute comprehensive regression test suites, and work closely with development and product teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Execution
- Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and integration tests
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Perform end-to-end testing across multiple environments
Automation Testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as:
- Selenium WebDriver
- Cypress or Playwright
- TestNG or JUnit
- Build reusable and scalable automation frameworks and utilities
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Ensure high test coverage while reducing manual testing efforts
Regression Testing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive regression test suites
- Execute regression testing for:
- New feature releases
- Bug fixes
- Production deployments
- Analyze regression results and ensure defect fixes do not impact existing functionality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing
- Hands-on experience with Regression Testing
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
This position requires a complete onsite presence; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available. Candidates must have the authorization to work in the United States.

The base salary for this position is $85,000 – $101,358 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
