What the role looks like:
Develop and execute a strategic plan for your business portfolio leveraging various tools and processes.
Manage existing and new relationships with current accounts to grow revenue in strategic product areas.
Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sales opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing field.
Use multichannel approach and organize online meetings to establish business communication with clients (emails, phone etc.)
Use consultative approach to determine client’s goals and offer the most appropriate marketing optimization tips to address their needs.
Educate clients on their opportunities and translate their marketing goals and objectives into actionable strategies.
Serve as point of contact for the clients in your portfolio, investigate and deliver proper recommendations/solutions.
Maintain broad knowledge of products, best practices, benchmarks, and procedures.
Achieve quarterly based sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’)
Work model: Hybrid (Wednesday and Thursday office)
Working hours: Mon – Fr 10:00 – 19:00”
Your profile:
Knowledge of Sales Strategies and Sales Pipeline.
Fluent level of Dutch and English- written and spoken.
Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is required.
Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in marketing
Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and motivation to work in dynamic atmosphere.
Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.
Experience working with CRM or similar is an advantage
