The Role:

The Group's specialized services (Practices) play a key role in Concentrix's diversification and growth strategy. They currently represent a significant portion of total revenue, with a higher level of profitability than CX operations.
Collections already represents a major activity at Concentrix with a multi-sector (Financial Services, Utilities, Telco and High tech, Media, etc.) and multi-geographic (EMEA, USA, Latin America and APAC) presence in 18 countries. The Collections Practice has developed distinctive assets including a collections voice bot, collections analytics capabilities, omnichannel contact automation and management platforms.
We are seeking a leader for our Collections Practice in French-speaking markets to capture the high-growth market opportunity with enhanced positioning and go-to-market strategy.
The Head of Collections-France will be in charge of the Customer account management and sales teams, and will report to the Global Head of Collections Group and the Director of Financial Services and Practices France.

Mission: • Define the ambition and be responsible for the growth of the Collections service line in France: o The Head Of Collections France is responsible for the P&L, defining and pursuing growth and business plans, and identifying potential mergers and acquisitions opportunities, o Stay informed of market updates, including competitor movements/offerings, regulatory developments and their implications for our business, o Develop a budget and priorities for the Practice (including operational expenses and investments, people-related costs. • Design, develop and constantly improve the Recovery value proposition – with a dedicated offer, combining technological specificities and operational models: o Develop a technology roadmap using both internal tools and external partnerships, o Define an innovation roadmap including special initiatives like GenAI, and collaborate with the innovation/operations team for testing and implementation, o Design a strategy for the development of collection sites.

• Define and support the go-to-market strategy (GTM) and priorities in coordination with the sales and account management teams: o Define business objectives (New business, Embedded clients, etc.), o Assist the sales, solutions and account management teams to ensure the best implementation of the value proposition on a daily basis, o During sales and/or tender processes, provide key contribution and leadership on recovery issues and definition of solutions, o Manage internal knowledge (case studies, market information, business expertise) and make resources available globally and locally, o Promote Collections expertise internally and lead an internal community sharing content, news and creating interest, o Define the marketing strategy (lead generation, content, events), with the support of the marketing teams, • Ensure impeccable execution of collection services, from technology to operations, by working hand in hand with the Account Management team: o Develop an operational playbook with best practices in recovery operations around talent management (recruitment, onboarding, development of recovery operations profiles) and performance management (team establishment, KPIs , dashboards, etc.). o Develop a methodology and a site/project evaluation grid, collaborate with the operations teams for the evaluation and definition of site improvement/monitoring levers.

What do we expect from the Head of Collections France? • Act as a Collections Evangelist at Concentrix France, both internally and externally. Bring strong collections expertise and credibility combined with a clear vision of business priorities. This position requires both face-to-face skills with customers and visible and strong cross-functional leadership internally to promote a positive and open culture. At Concentrix, and even more so in our Practices, we are always ready and willing to act (not just think). • Be comfortable acting as the Swiss Army Knife of Collections in the Group – the position is both strategic and operational, covering 360° topics ranging from technology, marketing, merchandising, to operations.

Your profile: You benefit from a Bac + 5 or equivalent with profile center management experience (> 10 years) in a very demanding B2B environment ideally in BPO, Consulting and/or Collections.

You have the following skills:
