Job Description
The Senior Manager, Solutions Strategy & Program Enablement, is a critical role designed to drive strategy, innovation, and operational excellence within the Global Solutions team. A successful candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and hands-on, operational execution, helping shape Concentrix's global solutions portfolio and market differentiation.
This is an individual contributor role who will have the flexibility of remote work, with a preference for North America based candidates.

Role Overview
The Senior Manager will support the Global Solutions team to differentiate Concentrix’s offerings and enhance the value proposition of our tech-powered services. This role requires someone with a strategic mindset, excellent content development skills, and the operational expertise to drive process improvement, quota management and truly get into the numbers. A self-starter, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be adept at managing ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Development: Partner with Solutions Strategy leaders to develop, execute, and optimize programs that enhance global solutioning and drive tech-enabled, non-advisor service pitches.
- Content Creation & Enablement: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop, manage, and maintain toolkits and enablement content, ensuring consistent value articulation across all channels.
- Strategic Partner Enablement: Develop and manage enablement strategies that empower internal teams to effectively position and sell solutions in alignment with strategic partners. Build partner-specific toolkits, sales playbooks, and training programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain trusted relationships across the organization, working closely with sector-specific teams to create industry-tailored solutions and content.
- Technology Innovation & Exploration: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, and other cutting-edge tools that can enhance our solutions and internal processes. Lead efforts to explore, integrate, and optimize these technologies across the Solutions team, driving improvements in efficiency and offering differentiation.
- Feedback & Iteration: Continuously gather insights and feedback from stakeholders to refine enablement strategies, enhancing the effectiveness of tools and processes.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement, ensuring strategies are informed by actionable insights.
- Training & Development Alignment: Partner with Training & Development teams to ensure that solution-specific training programs are effectively implemented and continuously optimized.

- Partner Enablement Expertise: Experience with partner enablement efforts and frameworks, specifically with strategic partners like Salesforce, Amazon, or similar. Understanding how to leverage partner resources to drive joint success.
- Sales Enablement Knowledge: Familiarity with sales methodologies and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic) and experience in CRM functionalities, partner reporting, and performance analysis.
- Operational Excellence: Strong ability to use data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for decision-making and performance improvement.
- Industry & Partner Knowledge: Solid understanding of global business operations, partner ecosystems, and the CX and technology industries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred from a 4-year college or university with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record in solutions strategy, partner enablement, and content development, particularly in a tech or CX-focused environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, MEDDIC), and partner management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making.
- Experience working with strategic partners like Salesforce, Amazon, or similar, including knowledge of their partner ecosystems, tools, and processes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
